Founder & CEO
Gideon brings a wealth of technical, management and costing experience across a wide variety of industries. He ventured into real estate in 2012 as Facilities Manager at a sub-regional shopping center. He swiftly progressed to Facilities Manager at a Premier grade mixed-use property in 2013. During his tenure at this prestigious Perth property, he gained valuable insight and experience in Commercial, Retail, Heritage and Hospitality property and facilities management. Following the natural progression, he transitioned into the role of Commercial Property Manager in 2016.
Co-Founder & CFO
Sonja is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive accounting, auditing and finance management experience across a wide range of industries, including FMCG, manufacturing, construction, retail and professional services. She accepted her first management position in 2000, after completing her studies. During 2006 she founded an Accounting Practice, providing a comprehensive financial, strategic and administrative services to her clients. Throughout her career, she focused on the profitability and financial health of small and medium sized businesses.i
